What type of run training is available?

Life Time Run has Certified Run Coaches around the country. We offer 3 different types of *training programs that are designed to meet the personal needs of runners of all levels. They include:

  • Run Group: 5k to Marathon Life Time Run Coach led Group Training
  • Run Plan: Customized plans for 5k's to Ultramarathon's based on your goal's, prior performance & personal schedule.
  • Run 1:1: One to One Coaching from a certified Life Time Run Coach. Weekly to bi-weekly options available.
