Whether you are training for a 30k or a 100 mile (or more), we can help. Our Run 1:1 and Run Plan programs are available for ultra marathons, at the same prices as our shorter distances. Our Run Plans are designed specifically for each runner, taking into consideration your busy schedule, experience, and the demands of your selected ultra. Each Run Plan also includes an initial consultation with a Life Time Run Coach. If you’re looking to take it a step further, check out our Run 1:1 program, where you have weekly or bi-weekly calls with your coach to discuss training, nutrition and race-planning topics. Coaching tailored to the challenges of the LT100 Run
Life Time Run offers year-round ultra marathon coaching to get you ready. Ryan Krol, our official Run Coach for the Leadville Trail series, can help you prepare for a successful training block and race. With Ryan's expertise as a Leadman Finisher, you will know how to train for this epic event, with details on how to manage the course and your crew. We recommend 1:1 coaching if you are preparing for the LT100, as there is so much more to preparing than just following a training plan.

Are you ready to go beyond 26.2? Life Time Run offers coaching for ultra-marathoners, led by Ryan Krol. Ryan's love for running ultra distances and exploring the mountains ignites his passion for showing people how to enjoy a lifestyle centered on fitness and health. To continue that passion, Ryan has joined us at Life Time Run as the official coach of the Blueprint for Athletes Leadville Trail 100 Run presented by New Balance. Ryan has coached numerous clients to successfully complete the Leadville Trail 100 and other LRS events. He is a versatile coach who helps clients ranging from professional athletes to the beginner runner achieve a wide range of individual goals. For example, several clients have lost over 100 pounds, while others have achieved a Boston Marathon qualifying time. Many have completed other grueling ultra marathons.
In addition to his ultra-marathon coaching, Ryan is a NASM-certified personal trainer for Life Time Fitness. With seven years of experience, Ryan helps clients stay injury-free through functional training. He has completed over 30 ultra marathons, two Leadville finishes including a sub 25-hour Belt Buckle and additional victories and podium finishes at other distances. Ryan is an avid outdoorsman and when he's not running he enjoys skiing, rock climbing, fly fishing and backpacking.

With over 35 years of distance running experience, Kathy has competed in events ranging from 5K to 100 miles in addition to solo expeditions. Her passion lies in coaching and running the trails. Kathy's basis for coaching is to create a foundation of healthy runners that have fun competing and accomplishing their running goals well into their master's years.
As an accomplished athlete, Kim is passionate about getting others into participating and racing events and enjoying the adventure within it! As a busy mother of two young children, wife, coach and athlete, Kim understands the need for flexibility and balance. She believes that setting goals, preventing injury, applying science of training to training to maximize results, while motivating and holding her athletes accountable gives them the ability to accomplish and exceed their goals!
