"The Leadville 100 was my first 100 mile trail race. I hired Ryan Krol to ensure I had a sufficient and successful training plan. I learned so much during my 8 months of coaching through him. I met my (lofty) goal of under 28 hours and even placed in the top 23% of the starting field! I owe it all to Ryan. He is a phenomenal coach. Not only would I recommend him for ANY running goal you have, I will even hire him again next year if I decide to go for a sub-28 hour LT100 in 2016!" - Joshua Brown.
"Before I started working with Ryan Krol, I was running long un-inspired miles every week without much purpose and hoping for the best on race day. Now that we've been working together I have better, more quality workouts and my race finish times have decreased significantly. In 2014, I ran the Leadville Silver Rush in 9:52. With Ryan's coaching and advice my finish time in 2015 dropped to 8:23. Couldn't have done it without him!" - Jeff Marshall
