Dawn Patrol is more than a run

Dawn Patrol is a series of weekly workouts – each one challenging your strength and stamina. It just might be the toughest thing you do all week. Every Dawn Patrol workout can be adjusted to fit a wide range of abilities. All are welcome – all ages and abilities, all sizes and fitness levels. Running shoes and determination are the only requirements.

While the work will be hard, the run will be short, allowing everyone to share in the camaraderie of the group. You will function as a unit. Limits will be tested. High fives will be given. Achievement will be measured and rewarded. All will come away with a sense of accomplishment.
